  • What is cloud mining?

    It is the process of mining cryptocurrency using a remote data center and renting computing power. You can mine cryptocurrency without the time and expense of setting up the necessary infrastructure, maintaining and securing the equipment. Cloud mining is a good opportunity to make money by mining cryptocurrencies without spending any personal time.

  • What is a capacity package?

    This is the rental of available capacity in the data center. The tariff plan with pre-installed equipment, as a rule, consists of 10 affordable capacity packages for rent. The user can rent both 1 package and all 10. The more capacity packages the user rents, the more capacity the user receives for cryptocurrency mining, which significantly increases his income.

  • What is a "pool"?

    A pool is the pooling of resources by miners who share their computing power across the network. The pools guarantee a more sustainable income for their members. The remuneration for the received block is divided between all participants in the pool.

  • What is a hashrate?

    This is a measure of mining performance, the speed with which the miner finds the hash function. Performance is measured in the number of hashes per second (H/s). The higher the hash rate, the higher the expected mining efficiency, the volume of rewards received.

  • Electric bill

    Electricity charges may vary depending on the pricing of the power provider at our datacenter sites. The actual price is always indicated in the terms of the tariff plan and in the leased capacity. You should not worry about late payment, the electricity fee is written off automatically from the income you receive. You can see the write-offs in your account section - electricity.

  • When there is accrual

    The rewards for mining take place once a day at 6:00 PM (GMT+3). If you have purchased the capacity today, the first reward will be awarded to you tomorrow at 06:00 PM (GMT+3).

  • How long will I receive rewards?

    You will receive daily mining rewards according to the terms and conditions of the chosen tariff when purchasing capacity.

  • How do I extend the capacity rent?

    If you have no reservation after the rent period, you will be able to extend your capacity. If the extension is not available, you could purchase a new capacity package from the available on the site.

  • Which cryptocurrencies could be mined?

    Bitcoin and etherium are currently available for mining.

  • How could I withdraw mined cryptocurrency?

    You could withdraw the mined cryptocurrency through your personal cabinet. To do this, you need to add your withdrawal wallet in the settings section. Then go to "My accounts" > select the desired account and click on the "Withdraw" button. You will have to enter your payment password to complete withdrawal. Once you have entered your payment password, the withdrawal is made automatically.

  • Do I have to pay taxes?

    We are not a tax agent for our users. Each user could send their own returns to the tax authorities and notify them of their profits. If you need to report your profits, you could generate an upload in your personal account.

  • Do you share information about mining with third parties?

    Users personal data and income data are not shared with third parties. We respect the privacy rights of our customers.

  • Could I change the pool?

    Depending on the tariff plan chosen. If the package you are purchasing offers the possibility of choosing a pool, yes, you could choose the one that suits you best.

  • What do the Miner ranks mean?

    This is a loyalty program for miners, the more you rent capacity and work longer on the platform, the higher your status and more bonuses will be available to you.

Questions about registration / login

  • Is it free to create an account on the website?

    Yes, there is no charge for registering an account.

  • How to register?

    After filling in the registration form, you need to find in your e-mail specified at registration a welcome letter from WinMiners and confirm the address, according to the specified instructions. This will help restore access to your personal account in case you forget/lose your password or have another access problem.

    Next, go to the configuration section:

    - Deposit personal data: fill in the name, phone and specify the payment password. You will need a payment password to confirm all financial transactions on the platform.

    - Security tab: Install the two-factor authentication app, it will protect your office from unauthorized access. The idle session time can be set to 15 minutes by default.

    - Contributions:Each interactively Notifications. Your account is ready to work, then you can go to the section of purchase of capacities.

  • What is login?

    This is the name of your account. After registering, you will need to login to your account.

  • Why should I enter an email when registering?

  • I couldn't access my personal profile, what should I do?

    First of all, you should check if all the data you entered in the login form is correct, maybe you made a mistake somewhere. If all the data is correct, try to restore access using the email linked to your account by pressing "forgot password" and follow the instructions.

  • How do I recover my password?

    When logging in to your personal account, click "Forgot your password?" and enter the email to which you registered your personal account. Then go to the email and follow the instructions to recover your password.

  • I forgot my login, what should I do?

    Login is necessary for authorization in a personal account, if you forgot your login, you should check your e-mail, after registration there will be automatically duplicated information or use authorization through e-mail address.

Personal account information

  • Where could I find general information?

    You could find general information about your account in the section «My Office». In this section you could see information on charges/capacity and the latest operations on the platform.

  • How to buy capacity?

    Go to «Capacity» - «Capacity Purchase» and then select the available capacity package for rental.

  • Where could I see my paid capacity?

    You could see the active capacity in section - «My Capacity»

  • Where could I see my completed capacity packs?

    Go to «My capacities» > «Completed»

  • Where do I get my profit?

    The initial profit is credited to your internal account on the platform. You could check the balance sheets in the section - «My accounts». Then you could withdraw your assets in any way available on the site.

  • Where could I top up my account?

    Choose "My accounts", then choose which currency account you want to top up and click "Top up" and follow the steps.

  • How to withdraw funds?

    Before you make a withdraw, you need to add your wallet, where you will withdraw funds in the section Settings-> Wallets. Clicking "Add Wallet" in the specified section, then selecting the currency in the pop-up window, specifying the address of your wallet and clicking "Add".

    Next in the section "My accounts", select the balance from where you want to make a withdrawal and click "Withdraw".

  • Where could I check my electricity bills?

    Electricity bills are automatically deducted, so you do not need to pay any additional bills. You can view the deductions under "Electricity.

  • How could I check all the charges and deductions on my account?

    You could view a detailed transaction history for the required period under "Transaction history".

  • Where could I find information about the affiliate program and my referrals?

    You can see detailed information about your activity in the affiliate program in the section - «Affiliate Program».

  • How could I contact support?

    To contact support you need to go to - Service support» and make a new appeal. All the answers from the support service you will do the same in this section.

  • What should be configured in the settings section first?

    1. Most importantly, after registering your account, confirm your email. You will need it later on in order to restore access in case of loss.

    2. The second step is to set the payment password. You will need it to confirm all financial transactions on the platform.

    3. Enter your personal data and enable two-factor authentication in the security section.

  • Where could I top up my account?

    Choose "My accounts", then choose which currency account you want to top up and click "Top up" and follow the steps.

  • How to withdraw funds?

    You must first add the output address in the settings section - Wallets. Next, go to the section of my accounts and request a withdrawal from the required account. The withdrawal takes no more than 1 minute.

  • What are the withdrawal limits?

    Withdrawal in USDT is processed automatically, crediting can take up to 15 minutes, depending on the speed of transaction confirmation in the network.

  • How connect my wallet to a withdrawal?

  • Could I add more than one wallet for withdrawal?

    Yes, you could. You could add a wallet under "Settings" -> "Wallets".

  • How to exchange one currency for another?

    Go to the section of my accounts, click «exchange» on the desired account and follow the instructions.

  • How could I find out the current exchange rate?

    In the side menu on the left, there is a currency exchange rate widget. This widget shows the current exchange rate for the current period.

  • What is a payment password?

    A payment password must be created immediately after registration. You will need it to confirm all financial transactions on the platform.

  • I forgot the payment password, what to do?

    If you have forgotten your payment password, you can only recover it by contacting our support team. While the verification procedure is under way, all financial transactions in your account will be temporarily suspended for security reasons. Please, be prepared for the full verification procedure.

  • How do I change the account for crediting funds?

    You can choose the account for crediting yourself when requesting a withdrawal of funds. You need to add a new wallet in advance in Settings > Wallets. After going to the specified section, click "Add wallet", select the currency, specify the address of your wallet and click "Add". Next, when withdrawing funds, select a new wallet for crediting.

  • How do I secure my accounts?

    Do not share your account login, email and payment password with any third party. Additionally, we recommend that you set up two-factor authentication under settings-security. You can also limit the inactivity time.

  • What are the benefits of the Affiliate Programme?

    The Affiliate Programme allows you to start earning without an initial investment, by building an "affiliate structure". Invite new users and earn rewards. Withdrawal of funds is available at any time.

  • Who could become a member of the affiliate programme?

    Affiliate program is available to all registered members of the platform. To gain access you need to create a personal account on the platform.

  • How to start working on the "Affiliate Program"?

    After registering your account, go to the «Affiliate Program» section. There you can copy your personal referral link and share it to invite other users. You will be able to start receiving referrals after a new user signs up at your link and buys a mining contract.

  • Who is a referral?

    This is a new user you have invited who has registered through your referral link or a link from another tier of affiliates.

  • How much reward will I receive after inviting users?

    There are 5 levels of accrual available for affiliate programme members.

    Level 1 - You receive 5% of the amount of capacity purchases of the personally invited referral.

    2 level - you get 3% of capacity purchases of the user, invited by the 1st level referral.

    3 level - you get 2% of capacity purchases by a user, who has been invited by an affiliate of the 2nd level.

    4 level - you get 1% of purchases by a user, who was invited by an affiliate of level 3.

    Level 5 - You get 1% of the capacity purchases of a user, who was invited by a Level 4 partner.

  • Where could I see the statistics on attracted users in the "Affiliate Program"?

    In the Affiliate Program section all relevant statistics on your attracted users are available.

  • How could I track the effectiveness of the advertising channels when attracting users through an affiliate programme?

    In the Affiliate Program section, click on the "Get Target Link" button and you will be able to generate a separate link for the desired advertising source or advertising company.

  • Is there a limit on the number of invited users?

    No, there is no limit on the number of users.

  • Do I have to invite other users?

    No, participation is not compulsory.

Questions about settings and security

  • Why do you need personal information?

    User data is required for client verification in case of loss of access. Don't worry, your data is safe and not shared with third parties.

  • Why do I need to confirm my email?

    Confirming your email is necessary for your account security settings. In case you lose access, you will be able to recover your password using the email linked to your account. Be sure to confirm your email address as soon as you register your account.

  • What is a payment password?

    A payment password must be created immediately after registration. You will need it to confirm all financial transactions on the platform.

  • What is the meaning of «restriction of inactive session»?

    This is the end of your session if you are not there. If no mouse or smartphone moves have been made in the specified time, your session will automatically end. This is done for security reasons. You can set the restrictions settings yourself in the Settings-Security section.

  • How do I protect my account?

    Protect your account from unauthorized intrusion with two-step authentication. In addition to login and password, a one-time code will be requested when you log in to your account. You can do this in the configuration section.

  • How do I create a secure password?

    We recommend that you follow some simple rules when creating your password:

    - the password should not be the same as your login on the platform or other logins, available to third parties, as well as posted in the public domain.

    - the password must not consist of easy combinations "12345, qwerty", etc

    - password should not be the same as your email password or the password from accounts opened on other devices accessed by third parties.

    Do not, under any circumstances, give access to your account to any third party. The support staff will never ask for such data from users. Please be vigilant!
